Last semester I took an animation I. class (drawing for animation).  This was my first time ever getting into the world of animation and I had no idea how time consuming and fun it was!  We did a few learning exercises (below) such as the bouncing ball, walk cycles, and Point-of-view shots.  We then worked on our finals for the last few weeks of class.  My final was around 375 drawings/shots.  The video I downloaded is of a lower quality and got a bit stretched, but you can get the general idea.  I am the most critical of my own work, and while I do not think this is any great work of animation, it was definitely a learning experience.  I hope to do a few more small animations on my own that I will try to download.  In the mean time I am just going to keep practicing!
