Hello! Let me share a little bit about myself...

I grew up in Minonk, IL, a small town of about 2,000 people. I was born into a Christian family, the second of four children (all of whom I love dearly). I've grown up with a strong faith in God and with a lot of questions to be answered about the world. After two years at The School of the Art Institute, I have changed exponentially as an artist and as a person. Every day it seems like I'm learning something new or learning how to love and trust others in new and fruitful ways. Outside of my work, I love reading all kinds of books, trying new foods, learning new things (like longboarding and guitar!) and going for walks around Chicago. I am fascinated with animals of all sorts, and am particularly enamored with lions. I have an evil black cat named Milo, who is, I'm sure, planning my demise at this moment.
