Assessment Description
- Students choose, analyze, and reflect on a personal work of art or design and after analyzing neighborhood public art, formulate a new creative problem based on the existing work.
- Students choose from a range of traditional and contemporary materials and methods to create a new work of art in response to their new creative problem.
- Considering relevant criteria, shared feedback and personal artistic vision, students reflect on, revise and refine their work.
- Students identify meaningful experiences of peers based upon observing and comparing the previous and new works as well as sharing of contextual information.
- Students prepare revisionary artwork for public and electronic exhibition.
